May 15, 2023 Update!
Hello again friends!
The training was a wonderful success! Praise God for answered prayer, and thank you all who prayed for this training! Big Bear was beautiful, and our hosts so welcoming! It was wonderful to fellowship with the team, learn their stories and why they feel called to join the trip, and see their eagerness to love on the children and share Jesus with them. I even got to take some selfies with my Southern California cousins!
Michelle and Sandy also had a lovely time catching up together at Sandy's home in South Carolina. This training just made us even more excited for our trip this summer! Hello friends!
Please be praying for Michelle, Sandy and me as we head to Big Bear Lake, CA from May 3-8, 2023 to train our team from Community Church Big Bear for their New Life Camp taking place in Tanzania July 6 - 16th!
We are so excited to meet this team and visit Big Bear Lake, CA! Michelle and I have never been to CA, and from the pictures, this town could double as a Hallmark ski town.
